Hi, I’m Elyse!
I’ve spent the last 27+ years in health and well-being — and I’ve been behind the scenes of what actually works (and what doesn’t) at scale and  I’ve helped shape how thousands of health coaches enter and operate in this field.
Personally, after a diagnosis with celiac disease, I saw firsthand the gap between knowing what’s wrong and actually changing how you live. As a holistic nutritionist and licensed mental health counselor, that experience led me to build what was missing.
I co-created a health coaching academy with The Institute for Functional Medicine that scaled to 8 figures and supported over 5,000 students through certification. But what I saw over and over again was this: Certification doesn’t automatically translate into getting clients, helping people, or making an impact. It doesn’t automatically mean you know how to actually use what you’ve learned. So I created a business academy and NBHWC-approved programs and have since helped hundreds of health coaches around the world turn their certification into something real: meaningful, sustainable businesses and lives rooted in nourishment, not depletion.
Most of my work has been focused on what actually makes health coaching work out in the real world, not just becoming a health coach, but becoming one people trust, refer to, and rely on.
I’ve now helped hundreds of health coaches create real traction in their businesses and/or coaching careers, like:
- Suzanne, a pregnancy health coach, went from cleaning houses to make ends meet → to leading groups of women and supporting healthier pregnancies for generations to come
- Lisa, a perimenopause coach, went from playing small → to leading a movement in her community alongside providers and changing how women are supported in midlife
